See Yourself As Your Problems

Never run away for your problem, whatsoever type of problems or difficulties you are facing, the only way I know you can overcome your problems or challenges is to see yourself as your problem and tell yourself, "I am the problem."

Whatever the situation, whenever you are faced with problems, there are two (2) things involved, the victims of the problem and the problem itself.

Looking yourself as the victim of your problem makes it difficult and compound the situation to the extent that solutions are no where to be found to solve these problems. You lose the power to conquer challenges when seeing yourself as the problem. However, when you see yourself as the problem, and say to yourself 'I am the problem' then I see a big potential and insight power to solve the problems.

Those who think and take themselves as victims of their problems always blame others for their flaws and errors. If they are not happy, it is someone else's fault. Even if they are sick it is someone else's fault. They forget the key solution to their problems that they are the problems.

  1. Well, there is thin line in believing that I am the problem and getting into the trap of self pity and self victimization. I think we need to tread carefully here and just focus on resolving problems without falling into any other delaying traits.

  2. I think constantly thinking that you are the problem is probably not healthy for your mind as well. You just need to try and figure out where the real problem is and like what The Ordinary Girl has commented, 'to focus on resolving problems without falling into any other delaying traits'.

  5. Just face the problem. Look for solutions. In time, problems will pass. I think It helps not to dwell too much into thinking you are the problem. Rather, you can work on a solution.

  6. I believe that we have choices on how we approach life and the challenges it poses. Often, we cause the block to our journey ourselves. However, I personally think that we should focus more on the solution rather than looking ourselves as the problem. You made an interesting point in your post though. By the way, I seem to be missing your comments in my posts. :-) I hope you visit my blog and check them. Just scroll through the bottom of my posts and you'll see the comment box. Thanks!

  7. I knew that living with a family to feed and everything in life, caused problems to evolve eventually. But sometimes, I cannot fathom to decipher at once when I needed to give instant solution. Well, at present, I am an expert now, and problems can be solved according to my way or ways of solving it.

  8. I think it's always important to keep ourselves aware of the problems we face and take responsibility for it. It's always better that way.

  10. I think the better thing to do when you are facing a problem is not to blame anyone, especially yourself. It would be better to focus on finding a solution for it!

  11. Look at problems as challenges. It is not you nor are you the victim. Things can just happen out of your control (you are not the cause), and you should not allow yourself to be the victim.

  12. As for me, it depends on the case. If you think you are the problem, then think of it as how it should be. But thinking every problem that is happening is about you, I don't think so. It will destroy you emotionally.
