Sometimes we do get frustated when you call persons and your calls do not reach the person or the call drops or unavailable.

To solve this problem, to know whether it is your network provider kindly first check your phone status first. In order to know if your outgoing or incoming calls are barred, just take this simple procedure.
Simply Dial *#33# and press send, a notification will be displayed on your phone.
