Making almond milk from almond butter is not
much difficult. It just requires few minutes to prepare it at home. However, if
you want to use almonds instead of almond butter then it may require soaking
almond in water for up-to 8 hours. In this article I am going to explain the 3
steps guide about How to
Make Almond Milk From Almond Butter.
Following are the ingredients you will need to
make almond milk from almond butter
Ingredients:
1 Cup of Almond Butter
2 Cup of water
1 Teaspoon Salt
Pinch of cinnamon seeds
Directions:
Put one cup of almond butter and 2 cups of water
in a blender.Try to use a small jar to blend these items as it will blend the
items more better. However if a small blender jar is not available then you can
use any of it. Now blend the almond butter and water together for 3 to 5
minutes. You will need to blend it till the butter gets mix up with water
completely
Now add the salt and cinnamon seeds together and
blend them separately. You will need to make a fine powder of it so it can get
mixed with almond milk easily. After making the powder, add to the almond
butter and water mixture which you have prepared before and blend it again for
few minutes.
You almond milk is ready to serve. You can enjoy
it as an alternative of dairy products or use it in any recipe where almond
milk is needed.
Please note that you will need to preserve this
almond milk under 4 centigrade so keep it in refrigerator. Icing the milk can
affect its quality and taste so don’t let it frieze white it is in a
refrigerator.
Thanks for highlighting steps to this recipe but what are the nutritional value of almond milk and is it cool for one with lactose intolerance?
