  1. These are foods recommended by you have their nutritious value, mineral and vitamins to offer for every users or eaters for that matter. However, some of them have a limitation, have a unhealthy value to the consumers who have some allergy or sickness. It is better for everyone to consult with his doctor and nutritionist to avoid conflict.
